Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Facility Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive for the Facility Management division to generate new business opportunities and promote our technical and maintenance solutions to corporate, commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and experience in facility management business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for facility management and technical services.
- Promote HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, cleaning, and other FM solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, technical submitting, and service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in facility management, HVAC, MEP, maintenance services, or technical B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of facility management services and maintenance operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
