Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Generalist to support the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and government-related processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labor card applications, renewals, and other PRO-related activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related requests, letters, and documentation.
  • Support employee separation processes, including resignations, clearance procedures, and final settlements.
  • Assist with ADHICS compliance requirements and Emiratization initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and UAE Labour Law.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Department and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
