Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and supervision for newborns and mothers at home.
• Support mothers with feeding, bathing, diapering, and sleep routines.
• Monitor the health and comfort of both mother and baby.
• Educate and guide parents on infant care, hygiene, and postnatal recovery.
• Observe and report any changes in the baby’s condition.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized surroundings for newborn care.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to new mothers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.sc Nursing
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in newborn and postnatal care
• Strong knowledge of infant feeding, hygiene, and safety
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
• Good communication skills in English
