Role Overview
Milestone Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Admin, HR & Accounts Executive to join our Al Quoz office. This is a multi-tasking role that combines HR, administration, accounts support, and PRO responsibilities, with direct executive assistance to the CEO. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
* Manage onboarding: visas, medical tests, labour cards, salary cards, and medical insurance.
* Maintain HR files, employee records, and leave schedules.
* Support recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
* Handle employee relations and represent the company in labour or immigration cases.
* Manage offboarding: visa cancellations, settlements, and insurance termination.
Administration & PRO Work
* Oversee PRO activities: submissions, renewals, and government liaison.
* Represent the company in DED, Immigration, Labour, and Dubai Municipality.
* Manage fleet: Salik, vehicle registrations, renewals, repairs, and maintenance.
* Coordinate office operations: IT, stationery, housekeeping, pest control.
* Handle property-related tasks: warehouse rentals, labour camp rentals.
* Prepare internal communications: office memos, holiday calendars.
* Organize birthdays, staff welfare initiatives, and small team events.
Accounts & Compliance
* Assist in payroll, overtime, and reimbursements.
* Manage petty cash and basic bookkeeping.
* Oversee insurance renewals (medical, workmen’s compensation, property, vehicles, fire & theft).
* Ensure timely renewals of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and establishment cards.
* Work with finance team on invoices, payments, and compliance tracking.
Executive Assistance to CEO
* Provide PA support: scheduling, reminders, correspondence, and task coordination.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Finance / Accounts.
* 5+ years’ UAE experience across HR, admin, and accounts support.
* Strong knowledge of Dubai labour laws and PRO processes.
* Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT coordination.
* Organized, approachable, and dependable team player.
