About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive real estate market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
