Job Purpose:
Responsible for creating and managing all content related to Novanos Group and its brands across social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Write captions, scripts, and content concepts.
- Cover events, trainings, conferences, and clinic visits.
- Create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with management, sales, and marketing teams to generate content ideas.
- Manage and organize the company’s content library.
Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Strong portfolio of previous work.
- Experience in video shooting and editing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas.
