G-TEC Education Institute Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and develop strategic relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the leading training and education providers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, emails, networking, referrals, and direct visits.
  • Promote G-TEC’s training programs and educational services to individuals, corporate clients, schools, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-up activities to convert inquiries into enrollments and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM and other business tools.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, career fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or educational services.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for business growth and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa (own visa/spouse visa/family sponsorship preferred) will be given preference.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
