We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Candidates must have hotel housekeeping experience. Housekeeping Team Leaders with hotel housekeeping experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, leading housekeeping staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and staff assignments.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Hotel housekeeping experience is mandatory.
• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred.
• Housekeeping Team Leaders with hotel experience seeking career growth are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
