Skywing Real Estate Broker L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Officer for our real estate brokerage team in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven candidate with prior experience in real estate telesales / telesales brokerage who can generate property inventory, arrange client meetings, and support road show campaigns through effective calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and potential clients
• Generate property inventory for sales and leasing
• Call and invite prospects for road show events
• Generate and schedule client meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and maintain client/owner database
• Coordinate with the sales team on leads, meetings, and inventory updates
• Achieve calling and lead generation targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate telesales / real estate brokerage
• Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills
• Experience in inventory generation and client coordination
• Hindi speakers preferred
• Must be confident, target-oriented, and professional
• Immediate joiners preferred
