We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in joinery and interior fit-out projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations

Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met

Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales

Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and track progress

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within joinery or interior fit-out industry

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and project execution

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications

UAE driving license preferred

Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills:

Client relationship management

Sales forecasting and reporting
