Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our road and infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating motor graders for road construction, grading, leveling, and site preparation works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Grader Operator
• Experience in road and infrastructure projects
• Valid UAE operator license/certificate (if applicable)
• Good understanding of grading, leveling, and road construction activities
• Ability to follow safety procedures and site instructions

Responsibilities:

• Operate grader equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grading, leveling, and road preparation works
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Follow all site safety regulations and supervisor instructions
