Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment across all company facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
