A Real Estate Call Agent is responsible for contacting potential clients, responding to property inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales & leasing team. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing accurate information about available properties and real estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to property-related inquiries.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and project details.
- Qualify leads and update customer information in the Lead Sheet.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales & leasing agents.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential buyers and investors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
