We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and manage foremen and workforce.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor work progress and productivity to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and site procedures.
• Report site progress and issues to project management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or technical certification in construction or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Foreman in contracting or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
