Estimator / Procurement Officer

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE, UAE | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Procurement Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project estimation, sourcing suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining quotations, and managing procurement activities to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs based on project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Source materials and negotiate pricing.
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement schedules are met.
• Maintain accurate estimation and procurement records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the construction or fit-out industry.
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
