Requirements & Skills:
- Immediate Joiners (PREFERABLY WITH OWN VALID VISA)
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience in the UAE
- Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina (ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs / 11 kg during shifts)
- Reliable, honest, and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Working knowledge of English or the local language is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the hotel’s standard after check-outs and for stay-over guests.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and bathroom amenities.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces (toilet, shower, sink, floor).
- Dust all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Empty all trash and recycling receptacles.
- Restock room supplies (e.g., coffee, toilet paper, soap).
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance needs (e.g., broken fixtures, burned-out bulbs) and report them immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies) as assigned.
- Ensure all guest lost-and-found items are handed in to management.
- Respect guest privacy and security by strictly following “Do Not Disturb” signs and entry procedures.
- Manage and organize your housekeeping cart and supplies.
