La Verde Car Rental, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE car rental industry, strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed rentals.
Promote car rental services, packages, and special offers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.
Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the UAE car rental sector.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE car rental industry (sales experience is mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of the UAE car rental market.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
