We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism (Arabic Speaker) to become part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients organize and book their travel plans, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with reservations for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transportation, and tours.
  • Identify clients’ travel preferences and recommend appropriate travel solutions and customized itineraries.
  • Offer accurate travel guidance, destination information, and product recommendations.
  • Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process reservations, and handle booking amendments efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns and travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about travel destinations, industry developments, special offers, and tourism products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals established by the company.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in using online booking platforms and travel management tools.
  • Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and bookings.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
