Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Bus & Light Vehicle Driver to handle both employee transportation and the delivery of materials and equipment across our active sites in Dubai and the UAE. This is a dual-purpose operational role — you will be responsible for safely transporting staff to and from project sites as well as moving materials, supplies, and equipment between our warehouse and worksites. The ideal candidate holds a valid UAE driving license with Code 3 and Code 5 or 6 endorsements, has a clean driving record, and takes pride in punctuality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company employees, site staff, and personnel to and from project sites, offices, and designated locations across Dubai and the UAE.
• Deliver aluminium profiles, glazing materials, equipment, and project supplies from the warehouse to active construction and fit-out sites as required.
• Operate heavy bus and light vehicles in full compliance with UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations at all times.
• Plan and follow daily transport schedules efficiently, coordinating with HR, logistics, and project teams.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment at the warehouse and on site when required.
• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure all passengers are transported safely and comfortably and all materials are properly secured during transit.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and vehicle documentation.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and UAE road transport regulations.
• Be available for flexible working hours including early morning pick-ups when operational schedules require.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE — experience within construction, contracting, or fit-out companies is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license with Code 3 (Heavy Bus) and Code 5 or Code 6 endorsement — mandatory.
• Clean UAE driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Experience in both employee/staff transport and material or equipment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, construction zones, and industrial areas including Al Quoz.
• Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling of materials when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a daily schedule independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic communication skills in English — ability to follow instructions and coordinate with site and logistics teams.
