We are looking for a proactive and experienced Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our fleet operations and ensure all company vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy, and operational at all times. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations, vehicle registration and renewal procedures, insurance coordination, and accident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and servicing schedule of all company vehicles.
• Handle vehicle registration renewals, inspections, and RTA-related documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy renewals, claims, and accident-related matters.
• Follow up on traffic fines, Salik accounts, permits, and vehicle compliance requirements.
• Manage accident reporting procedures and coordinate with relevant authorities and insurance providers.
• Liaise with government departments including RTA, Police, Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, insurance policies, service history, and renewals.
• Monitor vehicle performance and recommend repairs or replacements when required.
• Coordinate with workshops, service centers, and vendors for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on fleet status, maintenance costs, and renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet or vehicle management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE RTA rules, vehicle registration procedures, and traffic regulations.
• Experience in handling insurance claims and accident-related documentation.
• Good understanding of government procedures related to fleet operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
