Sales Executive
We are looking for a results-driven, commercially minded sales professional with a strong background in hardware, software & Technical understanding. This is a pure sales role — focused on generating revenue, building client relationships, and closing deals. If you understand how businesses buy technology and have a proven record of selling solutions rather than products, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including pipeline status, deal progress, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and present tailored quotations, proposals, and software/solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience post-sale.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience — software, SaaS, or technology sales strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based selling, and solution-selling methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen — able to understand a client’s business, identify pain points, and position the right solution accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and close deals, with a track record you can speak to.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a pipeline independently.
