Role: TOWER CRANE OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

• Operate tower cranes to lift and move materials safely
• Inspect crane equipment before and after use
• Follow all safety protocols and site regulations
• Communicate with rigger using hand signals or radios
• Adjust crane operations based on weather conditions
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating tower cranes
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
