Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transport operations and vehicle deployment.
• Coordinate drivers, schedules, routes, and client requirements.
• Ensure buses are operating efficiently and on time.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and permits.
• Handle client communications and operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
• Manage fuel consumption, driver performance, and fleet utilization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or bus operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of bus transportation and fleet management.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage).
• Ability to manage drivers and solve operational issues effectively.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport documentation.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
