We are hiring a Client Reactivation Executive for our ECS team to manage client re-engagement, lead generation, and account reactivation through proactive follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactivate inactive clients and maintain regular follow-ups
  • Generate leads and support revenue growth through conversions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure engagement
  • Achieve assigned targets for reactivation and sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in an onsite role
