We are hiring a Client Reactivation Executive for our ECS team to manage client re-engagement, lead generation, and account reactivation through proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactivate inactive clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Generate leads and support revenue growth through conversions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure engagement
- Achieve assigned targets for reactivation and sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in an onsite role
