Key Responsibilities:

✔ Monitor fabrication activities on the shop floor.

✔ Ensure inspection requests are submitted on time and quality standards are maintained.

✔ Coordinate with site teams regarding fabrication progress and delivery schedules.

✔ Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.

✔ Monitor machine operations and prioritize work according to production requirements.

✔ Ensure workers perform assigned tasks accurately, safely, and without delays.

✔ Support smooth production flow and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production/fabrication operations.

✅ Strong coordination and communication skills.

✅ Ability to manage manpower and production priorities effectively.

✅ Knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control standards.

✅ Proactive approach to problem-solving and production monitoring.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED10,112.58 per month
