Outdoor Sales Executive
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new home and business service connections for DU Telecom
- Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales activities
- Present and explain products clearly to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (calls, visits, emails)
- Quality leads and manages the full sales cycle, including face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience (telecom experience preferred, e.g., DU or Etisalat channel partners)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Valid UAE visa (or willingness to transfer) as per UAE labor regulations
Employment Details (As per UAE Labour Law):
- Employment contract in accordance with UAE Labour.
- Working hours: As per UAE law (typically 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week)
- Weekly day off as per company policy and UAE law
- Annual leave entitlement as per UAE law
- End-of-service benefits as per UAE law
- Medical insurance provided as per UAE regulations
- Company to provide visa and work permit.
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 ((based on experience) + attractive commission structure
