Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new home and business service connections for DU Telecom
  • Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales activities
  • Present and explain products clearly to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (calls, visits, emails)
  • Quality leads and manages the full sales cycle, including face-to-face meetings

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience (telecom experience preferred, e.g., DU or Etisalat channel partners)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Valid UAE visa (or willingness to transfer) as per UAE labor regulations

Employment Details (As per UAE Labour Law):

  • Employment contract in accordance with UAE Labour.
  • Working hours: As per UAE law (typically 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week)
  • Weekly day off as per company policy and UAE law
  • Annual leave entitlement as per UAE law
  • End-of-service benefits as per UAE law
  • Medical insurance provided as per UAE regulations
  • Company to provide visa and work permit.

Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 ((based on experience) + attractive commission structure
