Key Responsibilities

• Safely pack customers’ belongings, including fragile items, into boxes, ensuring they are secure and properly protected.
• Label and organize boxes for efficient unloading and placement.
• Load packed boxes and furniture onto the moving truck, ensuring proper weight distribution for safety during transit.
• Unload all items at the destination and assist with moving them into the new location
• Maintain and take care of equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while lifting, loading, or unloading heavy items
• Unpack the customer’s belongings and arrange them in their designated places according to the customer’s instructions.
• Ensure the area is clean and organized upon job completion, including the removal of any debris.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in moving or physical labour is preferred but not required.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays based on customer needs.
• Physical work requiring standing, lifting, bending, and walking for long periods.
• The job may require travel to various locations within a specified region.
