We are currently looking for a Female Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff in assigned sites
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Train and guide cleaning staff as needed
• Manage daily schedules and staff attendance
• Report issues and updates to management
• Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a supervisor in cleaning/housekeeping is an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of cleaning standards and equipment
