Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Record customer details and maintain accurate information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or requests.
  • Ensure all customer issues are properly addressed and resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Meet daily call handling and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
