Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Record customer details and maintain accurate information in the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or requests.
- Ensure all customer issues are properly addressed and resolved.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
- Meet daily call handling and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
