HR Assistant
Location: Al Ghayil Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Support onboarding and employee communication processes
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases
- Coordinate with employees and departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
