Job Summary:

Zainlee Technologies LLC is hiring a motivated and experienced CCTV Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in CCTV and security system sales, along with deep knowledge of surveillance technologies and the UAE mark

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell CCTV systems and related security solutions to commercial and residential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations to close deals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the security sector.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in CCTV/security systems in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of surveillance and security technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security equipment sector.
• Promote and sell CCTV, access control, and related security products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
