We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom/office. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers, understanding their furniture and interior needs, and converting inquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture or custom solutions
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on new designs, materials, and furniture trends

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (furniture or interior industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of furniture, materials, and interiors
- Ability to understand drawings or design concepts is an advantage
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
