We Zawaya Woods Industry is looking for an experienced Joinery Factory Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands – on experience in joinery manufacturing and installation.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing and installation

Ability to read and understand shop drawings and measurements

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and fit out works

Additional Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the UAE as a Joinery Supervisor

Experience handling both factory and site operations
