We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 2–5 years of Real Estate industry experience (Dubai mandatory) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience managing core HR functions within a Real Estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years HR experience in Real Estate (Dubai experience required)
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
