Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications. This role involves overseeing multiple teams and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and foremen
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and finishing teamsEnsure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain discipline and productivity on siteIdentify and resolve site issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulationsConduct regular inspections and quality checks
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in construction or hotel projects
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in the hotel industry is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate effectively with engineers.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
