Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and own assigned business processes tasks, ensuring quick and accurate execution of those tasks from start to finish without requiring follow-up.
  • Design and maintain efficient and effective tracking mechanisms to eliminate process misses and ensure highest level of reliability.
  • Streamline coordination functions to be data-driven and autonomous, minimizing technical team involvement.
  • Lead the preparation of high-impact Monthly Reports and Quarterly Business Review presentations for customers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end tracking of third-party items and YHQ orders via Dprocure.
  • Manage third-party item quotations, perform benchmarking and price analysis, and collaborate with Sourcing to lead negotiations and order placement.
  • Verification of assigned invoices, e.g. Third party, outsource man power company etc.
  • Maintain a mastery of internal business processes to provide “on-demand” data with accuracy and quickly for leadership.
  • Support Training and Quality department as per the assignment.
  • Overall – support in delivering Yokogawa’s Technical Support Department (TSD) commitments to its customers and growing the business, in line with management directives.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

  • Continuous Improvement Engineer – Design electrical wiring diagrams, wiring of electrical parts and coordinating 5S
  • Oversee the end-to-end tracking of third-party.
  • Maintain a master data base.
  • Streamline coordination functions to be data-driven and autonomous, minimizing technical team involvement.
  • Preparation of Monthly Reports.
  • Preparation of Quarterly Business Review presentations for customers.
