Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to support our technical teams in daily maintenance, installation, and repair tasks. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, eager to learn, and ready to assist skilled technicians in a variety of duties across different trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Support the setup and cleanup of work areas, including debris removal and surface protection.
• Help with lifting, holding, and positioning materials during installations or repairs.
• Perform basic preparatory tasks such as sanding, cleaning, or applying sealants and primers.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles and organize them properly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians to maintain workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to work in shifts (24×7), including weekends and nights.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support various teams and trades.
• Must follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Carry out other assigned tasks as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a helper or laborer in maintenance, construction, or related fields is a plus.
• Basic English communication is required to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Team player with a cooperative and proactive mindset.
• Willing to learn new tasks and a quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; basic English reading and speaking skills are sufficient.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks and outdoor working conditions.
