We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive with strong knowledge of UAE business setup, legal processes, and corporate structuring across Free Zones, Mainland, and Subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end company formation and legal documentation processes, ensuring full compliance and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end company formation processes in UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore structures.
• Handle business registration, licensing, renewals, amendments, and closures.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to company formation and corporate structuring.
• Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zone authorities, and legal departments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Advise on appropriate business structures and legal setup options.
• Manage subsidiary company setups and corporate restructuring processes.
• Follow up on approvals and ensure timely completion of all procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal and operational cases.
• Liaise with external consultants, PRO services, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, Offshore setups, and legal procedures.
• Proven experience in business setup and legal/corporate services in the UAE.
• Understanding of UAE commercial laws, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling legal documentation and corporate structuring.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end operations efficiently.
