Key Responsibilities
- Verify and inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery notes, invoices, and transfer documents.
- Check product quantities, quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates where applicable.
- Ensure goods are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory discrepancies and stock levels.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment.
- May require standing for long periods and handling inventory during inspections and stock counts.
- Flexible to weekends or overtime when required.
Salary: AED 1400 + Accommodation
