Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer operation solutions to global enterprises and communicate with overseas customers in real time through the chat function within the platform. No need to call, just type and communicate (English).

2. Responsible for receiving customers, answering customer inquiries, processing customer orders, and resolving disputes and complaints. Not of a sales nature;

3. Complete bill verification as required every day, return visits to maintain high-quality customers, and work with colleagues to complete service provider operation goals;

4. Other matters assigned by superiors.

Work requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. English can be used as a working language;

3. Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong self-motivation ability
