The Junior Sales Executive will support the Export Sales Team in managing international client communications, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and developing practical experience in global lubricants trading. This role is ideal for a candidate at the early stage of their career who is eager to grow within an international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Sales & Client Support
– Assist Export Sales Executives and the Manager in daily correspondence with international clients and distributors
– Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic commercial offers, computation files, and all other types of project supporting documentation.
– Maintain accurate client records, price lists, and sales trackers
– Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to support order execution
– Communication & Documentation
– Daily handle up to a hundred professional email communications in clear, written English
– Participate in calls and online meetings with overseas clients when required
– Prepare basic presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external use
Market & Administrative Support
– Support market research activities (pricing, competitors, target markets)
– Update CRM files, Excel trackers, and internal databases
– Assist with exhibitions, trade inquiries, and lead follow-ups as assigned
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
– Very good written and spoken English (B2 – Upper-Intermediate or Business Basic level and higher)
– Additional foreign language is a strong advantage (Arabic, Spanish, French, Russian or others)
– Recently relocated to Dubai or limited UAE work experience
– No personal vehicle required (office-based role/ no parking provided)
– Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, basic data handling)
Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow professionally
Preferred Attributes
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Communication, or PR, or any related field
– Interest in B2B sales, export markets, or industrial products
– Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
– Confident communicator with a professional attitude
