WE ARE HIRING – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
✔ Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
✔ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
✔ Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff in performing their duties effectively.
✔ Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
✔ Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
✔ Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and operational reports.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
✔ Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
✔ Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage.
