Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, promoting clinic services, and ensuring an excellent patient experience from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding aesthetic, dermatology, laser, dental, and medical services.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about treatments, offers, packages, and clinic procedures.
- Follow up with potential patients and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Update patient records and call details in the clinic management system/CRM.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads and following up on promotions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Receptionist (preferably in a medical/aesthetic clinic).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English/other languages are an advantage).
- Pleasant phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and appointment scheduling systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of cosmetic treatments such as laser, fillers, Botox, skincare, and dental services.
- Strong patient relationship management skills.
