We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Helper to support our maintenance team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The successful candidate will assist with facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, repairs, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with repair and maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic maintenance work, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance activities on equipment and facilities.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance workshops and storage areas.
• Help identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment defects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with emergency maintenance work when required.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
