Job Summary:
Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, document control, compliance requirements, office facilities, company assets, and administrative staff. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative activities and staff.
  • Manage company documents, licenses, permits, and records.
  • Coordinate administrative support across departments.
  • Oversee office facilities, assets, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration in a Steel fabrication company.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE government procedures, licenses, visas, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage administrative teams.

Reporting To: General Manager / Managing Director.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
