We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Accounts & Operations Executive to join our growing ladies salon team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong administrative and accounting skills and can efficiently manage day-to-day business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage cash transactions, invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of salon products and supplies.
  • Coordinate stock ordering, receiving, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support management with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities within the salon.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of business records.
  • Support staff scheduling and operational planning.
  • Assist management with general office administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Previous experience in accounts, administration, operations, inventory management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Experience in the salon or beauty industry is not mandatory.
