We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is key to creating a positive impression for visitors and clients while managing front desk operations and supporting daily administrative activities to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Support with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Liaise with internal departments and coordinate with support staff
  • Monitor office supply levels and handle procurement as needed
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Adhere to company protocols and security procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front office representative is MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset
