SIAS Fitness Club, a leading fitness facility in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant workplace dedicated to promoting health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
