About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Female Russian-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with clients, passionate about sales, and eager to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the UAE property market
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 per month
• 50% Commission on all closed deals
