We’re Hiring — Technical Sales Executive (CCTV & Smart Home Systems)

Lusail Technical Services, a UAE-based specialist in CCTV, ELV, smart home, and security systems, is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive project sales across the UAE.

Role: Technical Sales Executive — Security & Smart Home Solutions

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the UAE within CCTV, smart home, or ELV/security systems
  • Proven technical sales track record — lead generation, site surveys, solution design, and closing deals
  • Strong working knowledge of SIRA regulations and compliance
  • Completed and passed the SIRA certification course
  • SIRA-approved consultant able to advise clients and handle project approvals
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations and BOQs and present them to clients
  • Solid technical grasp of IP/analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, intercom, and smart home integration
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic (preferred); UAE driving license required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business across all seven emirates
  • Conduct site surveys and design SIRA-compliant security solutions
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs
  • Guide clients through SIRA and emirate-level approval requirements
  • Build long-term client relationships and meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
